No late check in

Thanks to the crappy train service in Belgium i am 45 minutes late for the Eurostar train. Eurostar staff are not interested that it was beyond my control and dont allow me on another train. with the extortionate prices they are charging your ticket should be still valid days after! Eurostar sucks.
