I sometimes have to travel at last minute notice. often i book within the hour and travel on the Eurostar within the hour, I always get over questioned by staff simply because they cant see my booking on their piece of paper. Eurostar operating PROFITS for 2012 was a staggering £52.3 million pounds in 2012.
£52,300,000 But still they dont have a proper booking system, stinky toilets and a number of other terrible complaints. I dont like being questioned by the gestapo each time I board Eurostar at last minute, would you?
