6 Complaints of Eurostar, there are many more........

I wont name any dates as to not single out any eurostar employees, I travel on the Eurostar every few weeks for the last 5 years so have allot of experience and allot to complain about. In the 5 years I have onlyevercomplained once to Eurostar and as I expected it had no outcome whatsoever.

I dont know where to begin so I will just start with the most recent few issues.

The security guard:
On entry to the eurostar there is the secrutiy guards who pat you down all seems normal, but this time the security at eurostar asked me whats in my pocket after feeling clearly it was papers, so I pulled out train tickets and a few business cards, and the security guy looked through them! I thought thats odd, then he picked out my travel card and said i will take this because you dont need it. Ok i hear you say so what? but they shouldnt be searching your personal belongings for tickets!

The Paranoid staff:
Once seated on the train i got bored, so went to pickup a magazine, there wasnt any there in my standard premiere seat (first class) so I went to the other carriage to get one, then suddenly a lady shouted at me saying "No! put it back!i see you steal that magazine!".......I thought ah? she said you cant take that bring it back! I said errr Im going to read it, im not stealing anything. She was very angry and called for back up, but the rest of the team calmed her down. How odd.

The belgium staff:
On entering the Eurostar entrance in Brussels, my printed from home ticket didnt work on the machine even after several attempts, so I asked the member of staff (who was a middle aged short man) for help.
He issued me with another ticket but i noticed it was a completly different coach, he put me in a second class coach while the ticket i had was first class. So I said hey why couldnt you put me into a first class coach? he said "there is a malfunction on the coach, air conditioning doesnt work". And handed me a second class ticket. When I reached the train, I threw away the second class ticket I was issued and ignored what he said, turns out there was no airconditioning problem on the coach at all. Why did the eurostar staff lie to me? And why didnt my ticket work when it was in perfect order?

The belgium Immigration police staff:
I was going to write a long complaint here, but it would just be too long and too frustrating to write, lets just say that the belgium police suffer from a serious case of self unimportance, corruption, and insanity. I will let you discover the rest for yourself.

Eurostar Prices:
I contacted Eurostar about the rise in prices and insane fares they charge, the official reply i got wasthe following: "The price of the seats are based onseat availability, the less seats available the higher the cost" I have never heard such BS in all mylife.
For example, many times I have been checking the prices of the seats, they would go up and up closer to my time anddeparture, then i would see the sign they put on their website 'Last 10 seats remaining' and decide to buy that seat quickly. When I get on the coach I find that there is only 2 other people in the same coach! But when i was booking it it said last 10 seats only!!  BS.
They manipulate and extort you in every way they can. Their website is BS, and the prices are not based on any other logic other than one.....charge you as much as they can without remorse.

Eurostar Food menu:
I travel first class or Standard Premiere they call it approx 80% of the time and there is NOT always food available onthe coach. They let me chose my preference for food on their website,  vegetarian or meat ect, they tell me i will have lunch or dinner on the coach, then................NOTHING.
No food, nobody askingme if i want food,absolutely nothing 60% of the time there is NO food on board, you pay for it but you dont get it.
